To ensure this, please keep the following general information in mind when using our hotel services:

• Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid ID card or passport and a document certifying payment /voucher/;
• The reception is available 24/7.
• Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure.
• Check-in after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 12:00.
• Depending on the hotel’s occupancy, we provide early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.
• If a non-refundable reservation is cancelled, the hotel will retain 100% of the amount paid.
• The guest can cancel a non-refundable reservation free of charge 3 days before the check-in date. After this period, the guest will be charged the amount of the first night.

• Persons who are not guests of the hotel are not allowed to stay in the hotel premises;
• Keep your valuables and money in a safe located at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for items not stored in the hotel;

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel;
• It is not allowed to take hotel property out of the hotel (towels, bed linen, dishes, etc.).
