Only 15 years ago, Sveti Vlas was a small coastal town with about 100 houses and a fishing port. The proximity to the beautiful Sunny Beach and the popularity of the entire bay led to a huge interest in the place and the construction of luxury residential properties as well as hotels on the beach. Unlike Sunny Beach, the beaches there are small, but with many charming bays and a wonderful shallow and warm sea.

There is a luxury marina with restaurants and trendy bars where strolling and taking photos for social media is a must. You can listen to music, try special cocktails and just drink coffee while looking at the yachts. The air is also unique here – an intoxicating mixture of sea breezes and mountain air currents.

In Saint Vlas there is a beautiful newly built Orthodox church and wonderful avenues for walking, sports and exploring.
