To ensure this, please keep the following general information in mind when using our hotel services:
Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid identity card or passport and a document certifying payment /voucher/;
Reception is available 24/7
Meals start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure.
Check-in after 14:00.
Check-out by 12:00.
Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we provide early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.
In case of cancellation of a non-refundable reservation, the hotel will retain 100% of the amount paid.
The guest can cancel a refundable reservation free of charge 3 days before the check-in date. After this period, the guest will be charged for the amount of the first night.
If it is necessary to return an amount paid by card. The amount will be refunded only to the card with which it was paid.
Persons who are not guests of the hotel are not allowed to stay in the hotel premises;
Store your valuables and money in a safe located at reception. The hotel is not responsible for items not stored in the hotel;
Smoking in the hotel is prohibited, except in designated and designated areas;
Pets are not allowed in the hotel;
It is not allowed to take hotel property out of the hotel (towels, bed linen, dishes, etc.).
If there is a lack of hotel property provided for use, its value will be charged to your account.
